PERSONAL TRAINING

is a long lasting companionship with me for several weeks and month with fixed workouts.
I will support you to achieve your individual aims.
You will participate in a manifold practice under my professional supervision.
I will show you different exercises thus I will pay attention to a correct performance.
Moreover several places will be the stage of your personal training, e.g.: your home, the gym. 

 New scientifically proven theories will always be included in your personal training.

Nevertheless I will motivate you to overcome your lack of will power.
