AEROBIC
Aerobic is a nice dynamic group-workout with rhythmical moves that are supported by enthusiastic music.
The basic modules are physical endurance and coordination.
The different exercises will be presented as choreography.
Aerobic is a mixture between gymnastics and dance. Your own personality and your body-feeling will be a part of the lesson.
Expressive moves combined with awesome dance variations will encourage you for more.
STEP
This is aerobic by means of a platform where you can practise different step-variations.
You will go up 1600 steps during one lesson. A pure calories burner!
The basic steps and my imagination will give you enough input to culminate in a nice choreography.
